When we ask people to describe our worship experiences in one word, it always comes back to one word, "real.” there is nothing plastic or fake about Judah. High-energy and Spirit-led praise and worship combined with dynamic preaching of the Word of God can be categorized as "out of the box." Our focus of living a life praise joined with our uncompromising of absolute truth and transparency, breaks every box that tries to confine our weekly worship experiences. Our “real." approach to our worship experiences has created a "melting pot" of denominational backgrounds and new converts.
Christ is all about life. Not just any life. He is about you having abundant life. Developing Christ-centered members is the basis of what we seek to fulfill at Judah. More than making Christ the first thing they do, we seek to disciple believers to make Him the center in everything they do in their daily life. Our stages for making Christ-centered followers is characterized by four action verbs: Worship, Connect, Deepen and Reach. This is not a relationship that is One-sided. This relationship is about having a God who created all things, show up in your everyday at every stage of your life.
In every “ real” area of “life” our objective is to move forward. we seek to move forward. Our desire is for individuals to leave their past into their purpose. Corporately, we are not complacent either. We desire an ever-moving forward from glory to glory. While developing individuals into a Christ-centeredness, we distinguish ourselves as remaining Kingdom-advancing. Our Kingdom-advancing members see where they live, work, go to school, community, grocery store, and favorite gas station and restaurant as Divine Assignments for them to be Ambassador's for the Kingdom, not merely the church. Corporately, our Kingdom-advancement mandate is displayed in our emphasis on ministries of restoration & healing for individuals beyond just our local members, our church partnering & planting, our focus on Christian education and internship programs, but most of all, by our uniquely intentional mission approach to our city, our state, our nation and our world.
